Review Brodeurs Bistro - Abbotsford

Made the drive out here one night for a "quick dinner" and to try something new. This place was VERY busy! So this must be a good sign! They were packed full with over an hour wait. Luckily we got to sit immediately at the bar which was perfectly fine. We ordered the Montreal smoked meat sandwich, jambalaya with corn bread, side of mac and cheese and finished with dessert which was only $3!! The smoked meat was a little on the dry side, the jambalaya was very tasty with lots of sausages and chilis! The mac and cheese was sooo creamy and seasoned very well! Great service and great food!

One of the best restaurants in the lower mainland! Been coming here for years and have not once been disappointed. Always great service and the food is incredible, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Memphis crunch salad, bayou shrimp and the catfish po boy are some of our favourites. Super cheap desserts too - the beignets are amazing.

This is my favourite place to eat in Abbotsford, the prices are so affordable and the quantities are great. The desserts are so cheap but they taste amazing. Absolutely love their apple crumble. Super busy restaurant. The burgers are huge too.

Came here on a Sunday around 4pm and it wasn’t too busy. Unfortunately we did stand there for a bit before someone acknowledged us. But then we were seated right away. The food is AMAZING !! I can’t stop speaking so highly of this place. Everything we ordered was made perfectly. It was so delicious. It came out in good time, and all of it is very filling. A lot of the menu is based around meat and cheese. And wow they really know how to cook both so well. Most meals come with a side of your choice and they have about 20 options to choose from. All really good size portions aswell. They have a decent amount of seating inside as-well as a nice outside seating area with heaters during colder days. It’s more on the fancier side I would say. It’s not your average Resturant. I love the twist they created by decorating their Covid separators. I actually loved having them there. Made the table more private and intimate. I cannot wait to come back here again to order more. It’s defiantly worth the drive! Highly recommend

Just left here and had a really great experience. Got seated right away and our drinks right away. It looked busy so I was pleasantly surprised with how quick we got our order. Food was delicious. Waitress was extremely friendly. My 1 year old daughter had an awesome time! We have lived in mission for 2 years and I think we found our new go to spot. So glad I gave this place a shot. Realized when we got home that I left my boxes of leftovers and I am really sad 😔

This place has amazing food, good size portions and friendly attentive staff. 27 different side dishes to choose from to add to youe meal, better than just fries or salad.

We happened on this place by accident while driving about. A very pleasant surprise. Described as montreal/new Orleans cuisine and it was fun mix of not often seen flavour around town. The food was delicious, portions were very fair for the price and the desserts were $2.95 each which is unfathomable in this day and age. Not a 5 star because unfortunately the signature Montreal beef was kind of dry so if youre looking for authentic Montreal beef, this may not be it but overall, I would come back to further explore the menu. Pictured: Cuban sandwich, potato chunk poutine, Montreal beef sandwich and jambalaya. Dessert: mini begnet, creme brulee and apple crumble.

The food tasted very good. The only downside was the amount of cabbage and lettuce in the dishes. For 20$ a plate I'd like to see more of the good stuff. Service with a smile so I recommend this southern diner.

The food was delicious! We shared the French Quarter Rolls and they were fantastic! I highly recommend them! I had the Blackened Catfish. The flavour was excellent but the portion was quite small. My sister had the Reuben and she said it was great. The service was mediocre. The waitress seemed distracted and was not paying attention to our orders. We had to wait between drinks and it took quite a while to get our bill. Thank goodness the food made up for this. The entire time we were there, on a Saturday from 1130 - 1 pm, there were kitchen staff with very dirty clothes walking past us carrying big containers of food, dirty plates, supplies etc. from one end of the bistro to a door at the other end. The food was good tho.

Brutally sick after 1 bite of nachos off "gluten friendly" menu that server assured me was gluten free. Will never eat there again. People with celiac disease beware!

Consistently one of the best places to eat in the valley. Incredible selection from an incredible menu. Anything smoked is top upper top shelf. Healthy choices are tastiest things around. Salad is hard to make good but man they do it right. Unbelievable flavours. Incredibly accomidating staff. Have been going for years now and love it for lunch or dinner. Management has been consistently wonderful and helpful. I appreciate good service and this place has it all. Only issue is they need to open another 6 locations. Love it.

I had a terrible experience on Tuesday, November 14th. I was half way through my lunch and found a dead fly in my food. The waitress apologized and asked if she could get me a new meal but, I had to decline. I was then brought the full bill for my lunch and after all the people at our table complained, then they offered a 40% discount. I was actually asked if the fly flew into my food or was it already there??? Unfortunately, none of our group will be returning.

Very glad to have gone here Sunday for dinner. Absolutely top knotch service and foods. The menu is awesome and I intend to try every one on it. And with kids, the selection is great too. The ambiance is very inviting and cozy, with privacy at pretty much every table. Very highly recommend. Cheers till next time.

The menu has a lot of great choices and The food is always good. If you still have room for dessert they’re good too and not too expensive. One of our favourite places to eat in Abbotsford.

Great food, good prices, and amazing staff! Oh, and their desserts are less than $3. Definitely recommend the Pierre’s Cuban and the beignets for dessert.

Extraordinary service! Exceptional food! Excellent prices! Never had a bad experience. The menu is so extensive that you'll never be bored with all the options. Although, that being said, with it being so good comes the wait times especially on Friday's or the weekend's! But in my opinion it's worth the wait especially if you're with your family or friends.

I’ve been to Brodeurs at least 25 times in the past 3 years and have never had a bad experience. Top notch serving staff, the food is always amazing and who could complain about 28 side dish options?! Will continue to come here for random lunches and dates with my girlfriend and with my friends.

Brodeur’s is my favourite restaurant in the Fraser Valley ~ excellent selection and excellent service. The patio is the best on a sunny day too.

We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff was fantastic! The only complaint that I have is that when my husband tried to take the baby for a diaper change he found that there was no change table option in the men's washroom.

This place has the best food period! Service was pretty poor on our last visit, but I’ll be back. Omg the msm is amazing

Had lunch here on Saturday with my husband and mother in law to celebrate her birthday. Food was good, we had blackened catfish, buttermilk chicken sandwich and a grilled smoked meat and cheese sandwich. Service was good except I brought a birthday cake, candles and a chocolate happy birthday sign to bring out. Idk what happened to the sign, but by the time it came out it was warped and melted. Bit of a disappointment... other than that, we enjoyed our visit.
